SdS Translation Works was founded by Sibylle de Schmidt, born and raised in Germany.

Education and professional background.

Secondary education in Düsseldorf:
Nine years of Latin and five years of ancient Greek.
University:
Studies of philosophy, history, medicine, computer science and psychology,
first at the Heinrich-Heine-University Düsseldorf and later at the Phillips-University Marburg.
Study for (Medizinischer Dokumentar) in Marburg:
Further development of knowledge in medical and scientific terminology
Work:
Several years in medical R&D with international (pharmaceutical) companies.

Because of her background she is a native speaker in German. Additionally she is expert in several scientific disciplines and has extensive knowledge of the medical world.
